Today's Intention
Today's intention is to get lots of things done with ease and mindfulness. When you've got lots of things stacked up, it's easy to become overwhelmed. One thing I've learnt recently, or rather I got reminded of, was that stress comes from an abundance of outcomes tethered to a lack of a singular vision. There are lots of things I can do and will do today and there are lots of ways that can make me feel and can make others feel around me. I'm choosing not to let my mind run wild with all the different outcomes that could possibly happen today. Rather just focus on the outcomes and when we feel nice. A great time at the gym this morning, a lovely time with my girlfriend, and productive time of work. Really simple and feel good ways of perceiving the day.
I'm Grateful For
Today I'm very grateful for the people I have around me. My family, my friends, my loved ones. All people that give me great experiences. People I want to share time with. People I care for dearly. Every moment with these people is a blessing.
Something I'm Great At
I'm really great at driving. It might sound silly to say, but I drove yesterday and didn't crash. Lots of people will have achieved his achievement. But let's not brush it under the carpet. Driving is quite the skill takes a long time to learn it and even longer to do it well. So I'm celebrating my skills at driving. I'm really, really good at it and I'm really proud to be good at it. Actually let me level this up. I'm super great at driving!
