Today feels like a numb day. Just want to be alone. Don't want any communication with anyone, but at the same time I want to talk.

I'm Grateful For

Working from home. A chance to be with myself and not have to interact with anyone face to face.

Something I'm Great At

Being on my own. I'm quite happy to be alone on days like this. I can just get on with my tasks. I don't need external stimulation.
