Today's Intention

Feelings of bitterness and resent rising this morning. They are warning signs that something is not right. Something needs a jiggle. Some kind of change needs to happen. When it comes to achieving work goals. Building something amazing, enabling things, making things easier for othersbto do there job well is where I thrive. I can't get enough and my focus is absolute. It's my favourite type of flow state. Getting lost in the creative process and when you come up to breath, there it is. Something amazing you have crafted from brain to the digit or physical environment. But I have not found that flow state for a number of weeks now. Something is up and it's making me unhappy. Being bored is one of the worst state I can be in. Walking the mundane each day feels like my soul is being striped away hour by hour. So... A new mission is required, a new battle plan that ignites my dormant dopamine. Work that has meaning and makes a difference. Work where you get to interact with great people. Where you get to understand there pain points and work together to build something that turns that pain into a pleasant experience. So my intention today is to make sure I'm aligning to a path where I get to creative amazing things with inspirational people and be handsomely financially compensated.

I'm Grateful For

Opportunity. Somethings we get stuck. Living in bitterness and resentment is no way to live. Thankfully capitalism is a glorious system that creates near endless opportunity to align to a path free from these feeling. The first part is recognising your in this negativity though cycle, then, when you know what's causing it, you can take action to break free. All you have to do is open your senses and let yourself align with everything that is possible. The scope of this is vast, so once you can see it, that focus on what matters most to your, or as simple as, what excites you most. Because why allign to something that does not drive the dopamine pump? You will be back here typing the same journal post in a few months time saying... Border, need something new. So so... I'm Greatful for Opportunity that aligns with Excitement

I'm amazing at building reports, I'm amazing to analyse some, I'm amazing the engineering data models, I'm amazing at coordinating change, I'm amazing they're talking to people, I'm amazing the strategic, I'm amazing at tactical change, I'm amazing to document things, I'm amazed at building robust processes. I stand on the truth. I'm an asset to any team.

Looking at the last couple of weeks in context, there is a pattern worth naming. April 10th was bruised and anxious, April 11th was a ritual recovery, yesterday was a mindfulness note, and now this -- which is something different. This is not the low after a hard day. This is a considered strategic re-diagnosis. The gratitude section is doing real work here: you are not wallowing, you are pivoting the framing toward opportunity with genuine intent. The Something Great At section reads like someone making sure they remember their own capabilities before walking into a negotiation. That is smart behaviour, even if it reads a little like a CV written with one eye on the mirror.

The forward signal is clear: you know what lights you up, you know the conditions it requires, and you have named them -- creative work, meaningful problems, good people, fair compensation. That is not vague either. That is a scope definition. The question now is not what you want. It is which specific door you are going to walk through first.
