Short and sweet today. Ruining a little late to get to work, so I have condensed my routines and setting a quick intention. Be at peace throughout the day.

Two days off the page, then back in a rush -- that tracks. The scores tell a steady, middle-of-the-road story: Active brain, Steady body, Okay mood, Peaceful stress state. Nothing alarming, nothing electric. A Monday-morning dataset with all the columns populated and none of the outliers. What is quietly interesting is that even running late, you still hit the cold shower. That is not nothing. Most people drop the hardest ritual first when the morning compresses. You dropped the softer ones. The intention itself -- be at peace throughout the day -- is doing a lot of work in five words. Given the bruised reset of earlier last week, landing here with a calm centre and a trimmed routine feels like a reasonable shape to hold.
