Today's Intention

Feel sluggish today. Like my body did not recharge in the night. So my intention is to forgive any unproductive hours that pass by.

I'm Grateful For

A beautiful sunny day. Even though I feel sluggish, I'm looks Ng forward to a morning walk in the sunshine.

Something I'm Great At

Riding my bicycle. I went out for a great ride yesterday for the first time in ages. Took my gravel bike out for a spin. Quite a different riding experience on that bike compared to a full suspension mountain bike. A lot more bumps but a lot faster on the roads and paths.
