Today I was up so so early. I think the puss-cat wanted me to get up because I had lots of amendments to make to the website... LOL. Yes he was extra persistent this morning. And then after I was fully awake, he decided to go to sleep. And so, with all of this morning time on my hands I got to work on my routine. I sat down with a fancy coffee, And let thoughts come to the surface. Some lovely thoughts about my personal life and career were rushing around my head. I wasn't judging anything too harshly I just let it wash around for a bit. And then I entered into my breath work. And wow. I feel like my body is getting back to its strong self now. I did a 1-minute 22 breath hold and in previous weeks I couldn't get any further than 40 seconds. This felt amazing. It felt like I dropped deep into the breath work and release some amazing energy. And with that, I will harness this good feeling and channel it into productive areas on both work and my personal projects.

My Puss Cat. Even though he decides to wake me up at 3:30 in the morning sometimes. I don't judge him harshly. He is a cat, and he knows how to be a proper 3:30 in the morning cat. I am grateful for those 3:30 in the morning purrs and 3:30 in the morning licks on the nose. 😼😻

A shout out to being great at breath work exercises. I forgot how good they are and I forgot how good I am at them. It feels like it's been ages since I've been able to go deep into a breath work exercise. This morning felt great. I haven't lost my technique and I was able to go do the into my mind and feel a lovely release of energy.
