I just finished an amazing breathwork session. It felt like I enjoyed it for the first time in ages. After enjoying a session like that I can reflect on the breathing I have been doing in previous days. They felt like it was just something I was doing without mindfulness. I would start, then stop and move on without thinking. Where as today felt fun. I was holding my special trinkets, one for love and the other for strength. I smiled, I was at peace and I held my breath in Kumbhaka for one minute ten seconds. That's the long I have held it since being poorly. So my continued intention for the day is to be in a mindful state. I have a day off work filled with activities. Those activities will be filled with joy 😊

All of the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life that has lead me to this point. So many beautiful things are converging on this point in time. It's amazing to feel them surround me.

Prompt engineering. I'm not a website engineer / programmer so to make this site would have taken years of training. Having Claude Code as my assistant has enable this build. That said, and having used Claude Code quite a bit now, having a foundational knowledgeable of how to implement change in a controlled way and having a technical background in how information is moved around has been critical. Vibe Codibg does get a lot of stick, but it has enabled this site. But like I say. To Vibe Code like a boss, you still need a technical knowledge foundation otherwise the architecture can go in crazy directions
