An amazing chapter of my life has just finished. And now it's time to look forward to the future, feeling stronger and more confident than I ever have in my life.

I've been practicing Yoga, Breathwork and Cold Exposure for the past year. Feel like I've only just begun to scratch the surface of how beneficial these practises can be to a healthy mind and body.

My new mission is to dive deep into these practises and share my experiences along the way.
